Florida Gardener Landscape Management is currently seeking a highly experienced landscape maintenance individual with ability to manage properties, workers and equipment maintenance with the support of your team. This is a hands-on, in the field, working position requiring leadership, coordination of commercial – residential properties and workload during all weather conditions. This position requires overtime hours on Saturdays regularly to keep the operation running smoothly.

Earn $32,000 base – $46,000 with overtime + per year with growth available, pay 52 weeks per year, paid Christmas vacation. Pay commensurate with experience.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to tow a trailer are necessary. Position will require maintaining properties and equipment (must be mechanically inclined as well as being a professional landscaper), work as a team leader with 1-6 employees and train when necessary. Familiarity with phone apps and data input is necessary. Must be able to communicate key summaries of operations activity regularly. Knowledge and skill set how to maintain landscapes with perfection a must.
